Important Announcement: Central License Server (CLS) Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration with MiAccess

Effective July 1st, 2025, the Central License Server (CLS) will be integrated with Mitel's Single Sign-On (SSO) solution via MiAccess. This update is designed to streamline the login process for our users.

For Existing Internal Mitel Users

Users belonging to Unify HQ, Unify, or Mitel Local Companies have been pre-mapped for this transition. Please review the following information regarding the new login process.

  • Initial SSO Login Process: Your initial login using SSO may trigger a one-time user data update. Consequently, you may not be granted immediate access on your first attempt. To complete the login, please click the "Log in via MiAccess" button a second time. Subsequent logins will provide direct access to the CLS.
  • Username and Password Information: If your user data is updated, your CLS username will also be updated. We recommend updating any saved credentials in your browser's autofill settings. You can verify your new username by navigating to My Profile > Password tab, where it is listed under "Login". Your current password will remain unchanged.
  • Account Consolidation: For users who previously maintained multiple accounts on CLS, your SSO user has been mapped to a single user account according to company and role priorities. You can use your other logins by the traditional login process.

For New Users

  • Users from Registered Organizations: If you are a new user from one of our Partner organizations, or an unregistered user whose organization already exists within CLS, a new user account will be created for you automatically upon your first SSO login.
  • Users from Unregistered Organizations: If your organization is not currently registered in CLS, please contact the Service Desk to facilitate account creation.

Support and Alternative Login

The traditional credential-based login method will remain available. Should you encounter any issues or have questions regarding this transition, please do not hesitate to contact the Service Desk for assistance.
